I will be happy to chill a bottle of sparkling wine or champagne in your apartment before you arrive. So you can start your gourmet vacation right after your arrival.

Surprise your loved one with a bouquet of flowers.

I will be happy to place a fruit bowl in your apartment before you arrive. So you can start your break with a full vitamin boost.

Would you like to enjoy breakfast outside the hotel?
Then I will be happy to reserve a table for you one day in advance in one of my partner restaurants in Heiterwang, which you can easily reach on foot, by bike or by car.

Of course you can also have breakfast in the comfort of your own home. I will gladly prepare a breakfast basket for you and place it in front of your apartment in the morning.

If you wish, I can also set breakfast on your dining table.

Let us surprise you with a wine snack for 2 people with regional products such as bacon, Landjäger, cheese and farmhouse bread. You will also receive a selected bottle of white or red wine. Prepared on the terrace or in your apartment or served on request.

Would you like to prepare your own breakfast but enjoy bread from a regional baker? Then simply use our bread roll service.

Would you like a cleaning service during your stay? Then please let us know. We will make your apartment completely clean again.

Do you know this? You don't want to air out your home in the morning because you're inside and there's an unpleasant draught. If you leave the window tilted all day long, the air still remains stuffy, but the apartment gets cold or warm in summer? Then take advantage of our ventilation service. We will ventilate your home optimally so that you can return after your day trip to a perfectly tempered and freshly ventilated home and continue your enjoyment to the full.

If you want to start the day full of anticipation after breakfast, take advantage of our clearing service. We will clear the breakfast table for you, put the dishwasher away and take the breakfast basket back. (can be booked in conjunction with the breakfast basket)
