KUHSTALL
This beautiful apartment is located in the former cowshed on the first floor. It has a size of 54m2 and a private 20m2 covered terrace facing the morning sun with a wonderful view of the long fields and the beautiful Bleispitze.
The Kuhstall apartment can be connected to the Alte Stube apartment.

ALTE STUBE
This rustic apartment is located in my grandparents' former parlor on the first floor. It has a size of 40m2 and a private 20m2 covered terrace facing the morning sun with a wonderful view of long fields and the beautiful local mountain
The Alte Stube apartment can be connected to the Kuhstall apartment.
The Alte Stube has the following rooms
- 1 separate kitchen with seating area and a cozy canapé. Kitchen with fridge, freezer, wine cabinet, microwave, Miele dishwasher, Miele combi-steam cooker with fixed water connection, hob with extractor fan, coffee machine with hot water function, toaster, Smart TV in all rooms, complete kitchen equipment, complete crockery, cleaning utensils.

HEUSTOCK
This unique and spacious apartment with many highlights is located in the former hayloft on the upper floor. In the bedrooms there is a steamed genuine hayloft (suitable for allergy sufferers). The apartment has a size of 70m2 and a private 20m2 covered balcony facing the morning sun with a view of a beautiful field landscape and the Bleispitze.
The Heustock apartment can be connected to the Schlafkammer apartment.

This romantically furnished apartment is located in my grandparents' former bedroom on the upper floor. As my grandmother always had roses in her bedroom, it is now also furnished with a “real rose wall”. It has a size of 40m2 and a private 20m2 covered balcony with a wonderful view of long fields and towards the evening sun with a magnificent view of the local mountain Thaneller.
The Schlafkammer apartment can be connected to the Heustock apartment.

Doppelzimmer
This double room with a spacious covered terrace, minibar, coffee machine and a size of approx. 20m2 is located on the first floor and has a Smart TV, a Flexinno Frontal Cube table - a bed that can be used as a living room during the day and transforms into a full-size solid wood bed with comfort slatted frame and high-quality mattress in the evening.
The room has a separate bathroom with washbasin, shower, a Meissen Passion shower and dry WC with odor extraction, cosmetic mirror, hairdryer and towel dryer.
On gap days, the double room can also be requested or booked for 1 night by telephone or e-mail.
